| Minutes of Meeting | BOD _ Minutes of Meeting Date: 03/12/2022 Over Google meet Members present: Rtn.Sanjay , Rtn.Kaustubh , Rtn.Ajit, Rtn.Dr.Mahesh, Rtn.Rajani , Rtn.Navin & Rtn.Deepa Lanke We discussed on the below points (1) Reviewed the last BOD minutes (2) Club admin avenue: Good number of meetings happened so far in this RY & with the new way of meeting planned , we observed good turnout of members.We should continue as people should meet frequently. (3) Membership avenue: Two members added so far & we have some more prospective members in the pipeline. (4) Foundation avenue: Good contribution by all the Rotarians in the month of Nov 2022 (5) New Gen avenue: We are already having the Interact club at Modern high school, Yamunagar & Unique Vision school. Rotract club at D.Y Patil is in pipe line & the meeting planned on 5th or 6Th Dec.2022 - Responsible : Rtn.Kaustubh / Rtn.Balvir Intercat club members & Rotarty members should have a common meeting. RYLA is planned in Jan & Feb 2023 at Modern high School / Unique Vision / D Y Patil . Responsible : Rtn.Kaustubh Discussed about the possibility of conducting “Kaliumaltana” at Unique Vision School. Responsible : Rtn.Kaustubh / Rtn.Rajani (6) PR / PI & IT : All the data has been updated on District website 3131. Rtn.Navin will discuss with new members who have not yet logged in 3131 app. / website as well. (7) RJIL Project : Rtn.Sanjay explained about RJIL project. Currently we have about Rs.6,50,000/- in RJIL account & we need minimum 2,50,000/- to launch the project. Rtn.Rajani will call a meeting during this month to discuss on RJIL project & the meeting to be planned at St.Ursula’s. (8) Projects : Information sharing on Cutting paani project will be planned in Dec 2022 . Members from other clubs to be invited. Responsible: Rtn.Rajani / Rtn.Sanjay (9) Dogathon is planned on 5th Feb 2023 at Pimple Saudagar (10) Rtn.Sanjay briefed about the discussions happened in Strategic planning committee meeting held on 30th Nov 2022. Dedicated Rotarians will be appointed for Membership avenue, Foundation & Dogathon for 3 years. They will be the mentors for these avenues apart from the directors.
