| Minutes of Meeting | BOD _ Minutes of Meeting Date: 04/02/2023 Location : Krishna Hotel Members present: Rtn.Sanjay , Rtn.Rajani , Rtn.Balvir , Rtn.Navin , Rtn.Deep Lanke, Rtn.Ajit , We discussed the below points (1) DG Visit preparation: We discussed on the preparation required for DG visit day. (2) Projects discussed: Cancer screening project, RJIL, DIFT – Skill development (Plumbing project) (3) Rtn.Balvir gave an update on Club & Trust accounts (4) Rtn.Deepa Lanke gave an update on the Foundation. Also discussed who all can be added into PHF member on the DG visit day. (5) New generation : Rotract club will be formed in the month of February. (6) PR / PI & IT : Navin gave an update on the update on IT. He is following up with the remaining members who have not installed the Rotary 3131 app. (7) DIFT – Skill development (Plumbing project) : We will plan a visit from our club to the DIFT to understand their capabilities & how they work. (8) Rtn.Rajani gave an update on the club admin. We have cleared all the bills of Vidharbha hall.(Pending bills has been adjusted against Sathish ji & Vaijayanti ji club / trust dues).
